The room was pretty clean, but pretty dated looking with pretty shabby workmanship on the attempted updates. Which doesn't bother me much because that's the way motels have always been until recently, but it made my fiancé nervous. The rooms are all accessible from the outside. The older couple that came back in after checking in requesting another room was concerning. We did have a last minute request for adjoining rooms that was accommodated so that was nice. It was pretty late when we got in and had a bit of a wait to get checked in as there was one desk person who may have been a little overwhelmed. The reception area looked immaculately clean. This hotel is just off the interstate and is grouped with about another half a dozen hotels in the immediate area. The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa.
